Trying out Estia Soaps on my travels!

I don't know about you but I'm always on the hunt for travel items that I can easily take with me in a backpack or suitcase. Where I can I'm trying to be more sustainable and eco-friendly so when I got asked to try Estia Soaps I was delighted. I was kindly gifted the award-winning Eros olive shampoo bar and an aromatherapy sleep mist to try.
I absolutely loved trying the shampoo bar as it's made of natural ingredients and is vegan friendly. It's left my hair in a great condition and makes my hair smell great (which is always a bonus). The shampoo bar includes floral essential oils which not only leaves it smelling lovely but also helps my hair stay in a healthy condition. I'll definitely be stocking up!
Now let's talk the sleeping mist.. I've always struggled with my sleep and my bad sleep is heightened when I go away. I'm entering new time zones which leaves my body clock confused and I end up struggling to sleep at times. So I tried the sleep mist over a few weeks on my travels and what a difference it made. It created a relaxing environment and it smelt amazing! It's a massive 10 out of 10 from me!!
