At the moment we are constantly being asked to wear face masks during the pandemic and I know that sometimes it's a bit of a taboo subject to talk about. There has been lots of scientific evidence along with medical evidence suggesting why we should wear masks but I do it for two main reasons:
1) I'm protecting my family and friends
2) They prevent cross contamination with people around you
